Jennifer
Bentley is a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher who teaches students at all levels
and abilities.
Based in North Kent, Jennifer holds weekly classes at Beechen Hall in Walderslade
Woods as well as undertaking corporate work for organisations in a range of employment sectors.

Each week, lessons are structured so that the postures and breathing techniques that are covered
leave the student with an increased feeling of well being. The courses are progressive and improve
the students knowledge and understanding of yoga as a whole.

The environment is always warm, friendly and welcoming. New students joining find it

Due to popular demand, Jennifer has recently released a DVD and Video, aimed at
beginner to intermediate level students. The DVD is highly recommended as it is an effective tool
for helping students to practice Yoga at home in between the weekly lessons.
